We generally work to keep our course  enrollment to an 8:1 student/instructor ratio in order to maximize  personal attention.  Therefore, should you have to cancel due to events  beyond your control, we request notification at least 10 days  ahead so we can get someone else that spot in the course. Prior to 10 days, we  will refund 100% through Paypal, minus an administrative and service transaction fee, or apply the funds to another course.  Within 7 days of the course we will refund 50% of the enrollment fee. No  shows will not be refunded.
